Aave Labs announced the launch of the Aave V4 protocol on the Ethereum blockchain, introducing the innovative Hub and Spoke architecture that marks a new stage in the development of decentralized financial platforms. The new version of the protocol focuses on increasing scalability, flexibility and integration compatibility for users and developers.

The Hub and Spoke architecture assumes the presence of a central "hub" that coordinates the interaction between different "spokes" - specialized modules of the protocol.
